confidential listeningWhether you’re struggling with work, having problems with friends, family or flatmates, if there’s something going on in your life, or even if there isn’t and you just need someone to talk to, we’re here to help. We are non-judgmental and won’t tell you what to do, and everything you say to us is confidential within the service. Tea & Toast

teatoastEveryone loves free tea and toast! Come chill out and have a chat with us, play some games, or just unwind with a cuppa after a long day, night out, or a hard stint in the Library!

Emergency accommodation

ldcIf you find yourself locked out of your house, stuck on campus or without a bed for the night, we offer a place to stay on a first come, first served basis.
Non-University students will need to be signed in by a student with a valid registration card

Condoms

contraceptionWe provide two free condoms upon request for callers that visit the flat, as well as lubricant.

Camp Bed Hire

campbedVisitors coming down to see you? Visit us in the flat and hire out a campbed (£1) or blankets (50p) for two nights. You’ll need to leave a form of ID (such as your registration card) as a deposit.

Pregnancy tests & Alarms

testandalarmWe offer free pregnancy tests and panic alarms (£2) to anyone that needs them.

Information

informationNightline has a wealth of information that we can signpost to for both on and off-campus services. If you’re in need of a phone number, you’re lost on campus, or you just want to know when the safety bus runs, we can help.

Detox room

hdcIf a student is not in a condition to get home safely, we can look after them and give them a place to stay for the night.
